Terms of use

These terms cover flawless.football. Using the site means accepting them. They are short because the site is simple: it is a free game with no account and nothing to buy.

What you may do

Play as much as you like, share your results anywhere, and quote or screenshot the game freely — including in videos and articles. Attribution is appreciated but not demanded.

What you may not do

• Interfere with the Daily’s integrity — submitting fabricated results, automating play to farm the leaderboard, or attempting to read the day’s spins before they are dealt.
• Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people, or redistribute the dataset as though it were your own work. The underlying sources are public and openly licensed; go to them directly and honour their licences.
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site’s security or infrastructure.

The data, and its licences

Flawless is built on public data, used under the licences its publishers set:

• Player career records from Wikidata, under a CC0 public-domain dedication.
• International match results from martj42/international_results, CC0.
• Brazilian match results from schochastics/football-data, ODC-BY 1.0, which requires the attribution carried in our footer.
• European club ratings from ClubElo.

Player names, club names and career records are facts, stated as facts. Club and competition names are used descriptively to identify real teams and periods. No trade mark, crest, kit or logo is reproduced, and no affiliation with or endorsement by any club, league, association or governing body is claimed or implied. The site’s own code, design and written text remain ours.

Accuracy

The game is a simulation built on public records. Those records contain errors, our derivations add uncertainty of their own, and we say where in the methodology. Nothing here is offered as an authoritative statement about any footballer, and results are entertainment, not analysis you should rely on for anything that matters.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty. It may change, break, or go away. Saved runs live in your own browser and can be lost by clearing site data; Daily records depend on services we do not control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Advertising

The site is free and is funded by advertising. How advertising handles data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
